Your responsibilities will center around responding to customer inquiries in real-time, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring every interaction leaves customers satisfied. Don't worry if you're new to this—we provide comprehensive onboarding and you'll have a dedicated supervisor available to answer questions and guide you every step of the way.

Job Details:

• Contract Length: Ongoing, no set end date
• Rate: $35 per hour
• Requirements: Access to a reliable device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) capable of running web-based chat applications, strong self-direction and ability to manage your own workflow, commitment to following company protocols, minimum 5 hours per week availability, and dependable high-speed internet.
• Hours per Week: 5 – 40 hours weekly
• Location: Remote work online (USA preferred)
