What you will be doing:
We are seeking a live chat agent to join our team and assist with providing customer support through the Instagram Checkout live chat feature. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving customer issues, and providing information about our products and services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong ability to multitask. You should also be able to work independently and handle multiple live chat conversations at the same time. A background in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: You can work remotely online from the USA.
