You'll have the freedom to work whenever suits you best, from anywhere in the United States.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming chat messages from customers visiting client websites and social media channels.
• Answer questions, share product details, tell customers about current deals, and help direct them toward what they need.

Job Details:

• Hourly rate: $35/hour
• Requirements: A device with internet connection (computer, tablet, or phone) and strong written English skills.
• We provide complete training and onboarding support—ideal if you're new to chat-based customer service.
