What You'll Be Doing:

- Documenting interactions and maintaining detailed chat logs for quality assurance and future reference.
- Providing product expertise and helping customers make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience (chat, phone, or email support preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong typing speed and multitasking abilities to handle multiple conversations.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with frustrated or demanding customers.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable computer or laptop with stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
