What You'll Be Doing:

• As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll handle incoming customer messages via live chat and social media platforms across multiple client websites. Your responsibilities will involve assisting current customers with technical problems and responding to potential buyers who want to learn more about our clients' offerings.

Job Details:

• Contract Length: Ongoing with no predetermined expiration
• Rate: $35 per hour
• Skills/Background Needed: You'll need a reliable device capable of running social media and web-based chat applications (computer, tablet, or smartphone). Successful candidates work independently, pay close attention to instructions, and can commit a minimum of 10 hours each week. You must have dependable internet connectivity.
• Hours per Week: At least 10 hours weekly
• Location: Remote work online (USA preferred)
