We're looking for Remote Social Media Support Specialists to help businesses manage their Facebook presence and engage with their audience. Work completely online from anywhere in the USA on your own schedule, providing top-notch customer service through social platforms.
In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring Facebook pages, responding to comments and messages, and building genuine connections with followers. Day-to-day, you'll answer customer questions, address concerns, address feedback, and help guide community members toward products or services. We'll provide comprehensive training so you can confidently manage brand voice and deliver exceptional engagement across Facebook platforms. Since this is entirely remote, you can work from your home, coffee shop, or wherever you're most comfortable—as long as you're in the USA and have a reliable setup.
Rate: $35 per hour
Responsibilities/Roles: Monitor and respond to Facebook comments, messages, and inbox inquiries; create and schedule engaging posts; track community sentiment and report insights; manage brand reputation and handle customer concerns professionally; collaborate with clients on content strategy and engagement goals.
