What You'll Be Doing:
- Connecting with prospects and customers via live chat across our web platforms and social channels.
- Addressing customer inquiries with product details and helpful guidance.
- Presenting special offers and directing customers to relevant resources.
Responsibilities:
- Highlighting and selling our products and services to new and existing clients.
- Spotting potential leads and reaching out to expand our customer base.
- Meeting and exceeding your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Resolving customer issues with care and finding practical solutions.
- Planning and executing outreach to keep customers informed about fresh products and opportunities.
- Creating and refining marketing content and promotional materials for customer interactions.
Details:
- Ongoing contract with no expiration date.
- Pay rate: $35 per hour.
- Requirements: A functioning computer, tablet, or phone; strong ability to work independently; comfort taking guidance; at least 5 hours per week available; reliable internet access.
