Sales Representative (Live Chat / Customer Support)

Your main responsibilities will include addressing incoming customer support queries through live chat on various businesses' websites and social media accounts.

Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and issues through live chat interactions.
• Provide accurate and helpful information, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle a variety of support questions and concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and management as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• A dedicated workspace at home.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer support.
• Willingness to complete provided training.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online (USA preferred).
