About the Role:

As a Facebook Chat Specialist, you'll work entirely from home managing customer conversations via Facebook Messenger. Your responsibilities include addressing customer questions, facilitating discussions on brand social channels and storefronts, responding to shopping inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and highlighting current deals and special offers.
