Social Media Operation Manager (Entry Level, No Experience, Remote)

This is an excellent remote opportunity where you can earn approximately $280 weekly while developing valuable marketing skills from day one.

Your Responsibilities: In this role, you'll manage daily social media operations including scheduling posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, monitoring engagement metrics, responding to community comments and messages, organizing content calendars, and assisting with basic graphic design or video editing tasks. You'll also track trending topics relevant to our brand, compile performance reports, and collaborate with our marketing team to optimize posting strategies and audience growth.

Your day-to-day work involves curating compelling content, maintaining brand voice consistency across all channels, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring timely responses to follower inquiries. You'll be the backbone of our social media presence, keeping our accounts active, organized, and engaging. We'll provide you with all the tools, templates, and training you need to succeed, even if you've never managed social media professionally before.

Hourly Rate: $35

Requirements: To excel in this position, you'll need reliable internet access, proficiency with major social media platforms, strong written communication skills, and basic familiarity with scheduling tools or willingness to learn them quickly. A personal device (computer or tablet) for managing accounts is essential.
