The bulk of your responsibilities involves responding to customer messages quickly and professionally through live chat channels across multiple social platforms on behalf of the brands we work with.
Responsibilities: Your primary goal is to help online businesses grow their presence by actively engaging on social channels. Whether you access our platform through your smartphone, tablet (Android or iOS), or computer, the daily tasks remain simple and straightforward. We're specifically looking for someone without prior social media marketing experience—comprehensive training will be provided to set you up for success. You'll be doing things like creating tweets, interacting with Facebook posts, uploading content to YouTube, and all instructions are clear and easy to follow.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need access to a reliable computer, smartphone, or tablet with dependable internet connectivity. Solid foundational English writing skills are essential. This opportunity is ideal for newcomers to the social media field, and we provide extensive training and support during your onboarding. No background in managing paid advertising campaigns required.
