Your Role:

As our primary support contact, you'll engage with customers through live chat, helping both new prospects and existing clients get the answers they need. Each conversation is a chance to demonstrate your knowledge and leave a positive impression.

Details:

• Contract length: Ongoing with no predetermined endpoint
• Rate: $35 per hour
• Requirements: A functional device capable of handling chat and social media (computer, tablet, or smartphone), independent work capability, strong organizational skills, minimum 10 hours weekly availability, plus dependable internet connectivity.
