Virtual Chat Coordinator - Entry Level (No Experience Required)

Ready to start a customer support career without prior experience? We're bringing on Virtual Chat Coordinators and we don't expect you to have done this before. You'll earn $35/hour while receiving comprehensive training designed to help you succeed from day one.

Job Description: You'll be the friendly face (well, chat interface!) managing customer conversations across live chat and social media platforms. Throughout your shifts, you'll respond to inquiries, guide customers toward the right products, and share current deals and promotions.

Job Details:

• Contract Duration: Ongoing with flexible terms
• Rate: $35 per hour
• Requirements: You'll need a working device—smartphone, tablet, or computer—that can run chat platforms and access social media. We're looking for people who can work independently while following guidance, and you must be available for a minimum of 5 hours each week. A reliable internet connection is essential.
• Weekly Hours: Flexible availability from 5 to 40 hours weekly
• Location: Remote work online (USA preferred)
