Looking for someone who loves connecting with customers through written communication? We're building out our remote support team and need enthusiastic chat specialists who genuinely enjoy solving customer problems. This position is open now, and you'd spend your days helping people through live chat and Facebook Messenger—phone-free environment. You'll be the helpful presence customers reach out to when they need quick answers and friendly assistance.
Your daily work involves responding to customer inquiries across chat platforms and social channels. You'll handle questions about our products, share information about current offers, assist with troubleshooting, and point customers toward the resources they need.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need access to a reliable computer, smartphone, or tablet with stable internet. Strong ability to work independently while adhering to our detailed procedures is critical. We need a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week, and we're primarily seeking candidates based in the United States.
