Virtual Live Chat Agent (Fully Remote, No Experience)

Are you a people person who thrives on making customers happy? We're hiring a Virtual Live Chat Agent to join our expanding support team. If you're someone who genuinely enjoys resolving customer questions and delivering friendly, responsive assistance, we'd like to hear from you. You'll need strong English communication abilities—both in writing and conversation—and we'll provide you with all the training materials and clear guidelines you need to hit the ground running.

Contract Length: Ongoing position with no predetermined end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

• A reliable device—smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer—capable of running social media apps and web-based chat platforms
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to stay productive independently
• Willingness to master and follow documented systems and processes
• Minimum 20 hours per week available
• Dependable, high-speed internet connection

Hours per Week: 20 – 40 hours weekly

Location: Remote work online (USA preferred)
