What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via chat on our website and social media.
- Handle both support questions and sales-related conversations with courtesy and professionalism.
- Complete our onboarding and training—no background in customer service required.
- Write clear, friendly messages that represent our brand well.
Details:
- Flexible arrangement with no fixed contract terms.
- Pay rate: $25 – $35 per hour.
- What we need from you: Internet access and a working device (phone, tablet, or laptop), personal accountability, comfort following our procedures, and availability for at least 10 hours each week.
