Job Details:
- Contract Length: Permanent position with flexibility—work whenever suits your schedule with no end date in sight.
- Rate: $35 hourly wage for all hours worked.
- Responsibilities: You'll spend your time engaging with customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, facilitating purchases, and resolving issues as they come up. Your days include managing real-time conversations across client websites and messaging platforms, replying to incoming customer messages promptly, directing people to relevant product information, and keeping them informed about sales and special deals.
- Requirements: No background needed—we'll walk you through everything during onboarding. You'll need a reliable device (phone, laptop, or tablet) that connects to the internet and chat apps. Independence, ability to follow guidelines, and a stable connection are essential. We ask for at least 5 hours weekly availability.
- Location: Fully remote operation means you work from wherever you want as long as you have internet. We accept applications globally, with preference given to applicants within the United States.
