Job Description:
In this role, you'll be the friendly face behind the screen—responding to customer messages through Facebook Messenger and other live chat platforms. Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, directing them to helpful resources, highlighting current promotions, and ensuring every interaction leaves them satisfied. Working from home, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers across their websites and social channels.
