Work from Home Phone App Tester

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for mobile apps? We're seeking a Work from Home Phone App Tester to join our quality assurance team. Your mission: hunt down bugs, test functionality, and ensure our applications deliver a seamless experience on every device.

As a remote tester, you'll play a crucial role in our development process by rigorously testing mobile apps and sharing detailed observations about what works—and what doesn't. This is a fantastic entry point into QA testing, especially if you're looking to build expertise from your home office. No prior experience required; we'll provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed.

Roles:

• Download and install apps on your mobile device or tablet.
• Systematically test all features and user interactions within each app.
• Document findings and communicate any bugs or performance issues you encounter.

Requirements:

• Access to at least one smartphone or tablet (iPhone, iPad, Android device, or similar).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule.
• Strong commitment to following detailed testing guidelines and procedures.
• Minimum 5+ hours per week available to dedicate to testing projects.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

Contract Length: No long-term commitment—work on a flexible, project-by-project basis.

Rate: $35 per hour, with rates varying based on app complexity and the level of detailed analysis required.

Skills/Background Needed:

• Proficiency using mobile devices and downloading/testing applications.
• Self-motivated work approach with minimal need for supervision.
• Sharp attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to clearly explain and document technical problems.
• Willingness to maintain consistent 5+ hour weekly commitment.

Location: Remote work online (USA preferred). While we welcome applications globally, we primarily hire testers based in the United States.
