• Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and live chat messages, provide product information, resolve customer complaints, process transactions, manage customer databases, and maintain professional communication standards across all platforms
• Requirements: You'll need a reliable phone line, computer or smartphone with high-speed internet, and quiet workspace free from distractions. We're seeking organized, patient team members with strong multitasking abilities who can think on their feet and maintain composure during busy periods. Minimum commitment of consistent availability each week is essential.
